Following the devastating fire that destroyed much of the original building, BUILD’s priority was to deliver a world-class YMCA facility as quickly as possible to support the YMCA's mission. With strong collaboration between the client, design team, and BUILD, the project was completed in just 7 months, ensuring the YMCA could resume operations without delay.
State-of-the-Art Wellness Amenities
This facility offers a range of fitness amenities, including group exercise rooms, a high-end gym, a karate training room, a cardio room, yoga studio, locker rooms with showers, and an 8,000-square-foot basketball court. The building also features a cafe and dedicated staff office space.
